IGBT full bridge inverter, converts AC power to DC through high-frequency switches (50-100kHz), and then inverts to high-frequency AC power to drive plasma arc, with conversion efficiency greater than 90%. Temporary load rate optimization, Using copper substrate heat dissipation and dual ball bearing fans, the temporary load rate reaches 100% @ 100A at 60 ℃ environment (traditional models usually have 60% @ 80A).
Contact arc ignition, After the cutting torch contacts the work piece, it pulls back 2-3mm and ionizes the air through high-frequency pulses (HF) to form a plasma arc, without the need for continuous high-frequency discharge; Continuous operation capability, supports 8-hour uninterrupted cutting (10mm carbon steel plate); Safety protection, after successful arc ignition, the high frequency will be automatically turned off to avoid electromagnetic interference.
