Arc ignition: After the welding rod comes into contact with the work piece, it quickly pulls open and generates an arc using short-circuit current (temperature can reach over 6000 ℃);
Metal melting: Arc thermal melting of welding rod metal and work piece surface, forming a molten pool;
Slag protection: Gas and slag are generated after the melting of the welding rod coating, and the air is isolated to prevent oxidation.
