TIG function enhancement

Pre flow, Introduce argon gas 0.5-5 seconds in advance to ensure that the protective gas is filled before starting the arc; Post flow,Continuous gas supply for 3-20 seconds after arc extinguishing to prevent high-temperature metal oxidation; Up slope current,Within 0.1-10 seconds, the current rises from the initial value to the set value, reducing the risk of cold cracking; Down slope current, When the arc is stopped, the current steps down to fill the arc pit and avoid shrinkage.

High frequency arc ignition (HF),Non contact arc initiation voltage>2000V, arc initiation success rate>99.5% (suitable for aluminum/magnesium alloys);

MMA Function Optimization

ARC enhancement technology:

Anti stick, When detecting a sudden increase in short-circuit impedance, cut off the current within 0.05 seconds; Hot Start, Increase the current by 20% -50% (0.5 seconds) at the moment of arc initiation to ensure successful arc initiation; ARC Force, dynamically compensates for long arc impedance, increases thrust current by 5-50A, and prevents arc interruption.
