IGBT half bridge topology: converts input AC power to DC power through high-frequency inverter (20-50kHz), and then outputs precise welding current through PWM modulation.
The wire is filled with fluoride/metal powder, and a protective gas (such as CO ₂) is released from the arc without the need for an external gas cylinder.
Outdoor windy environment (such as bridge maintenance) without gas interference;
Reduce overall costs (saving on gas cylinder rental and transportation expenses).
